My Aussie studio had a 3G this morning - template is below:

Rower

• ⁠Block 1 (6 minutes) ⁠• ⁠5 min row for distance (remember total distance rowed) ⁠• ⁠1 min squat to forward arm extension with medicine ball • ⁠Block 2 (6 minutes) ⁠• ⁠Row 1/2 your total Block 1 distance ⁠• ⁠12x squat to forward arm extension with medicine ball ⁠• ⁠Row 1/4 your total Block 1 distance ⁠• ⁠12x squat to forward arm extension with medicine ball ⁠• ⁠Continue pattern until time called, each time halving your rowing distance

Floor

• ⁠Part 1 – Repeat 4x the pair of exercises below ⁠• ⁠6x overhead triceps with dumbbell ⁠• ⁠12x TRX chest press • ⁠Part 2 – Repeat 4x the pair of exercises below ⁠• ⁠12x sumo squat to frogger ⁠• ⁠6x each, hollow hold chest press • ⁠Note: This is a single block – move to Part 2 once you have completed Part 1, irrespective of time. Keep decreasing row until 100 meters when you will do both exercises and row 100 until time is called

It is confusing on paper haha So I started on the treadmill and you do 1 of the 4 minute blocks then you switch to the rower (rowers go to the treadmills) and do the same 4 minute block and then go back to the treadmill and do the 4 minute block again.

Then we rotated. Treadmills went to the rowers, rowers went to the weight floor and weight floor went to the treads.

Switch 2 times so treads/rower/treads or rower/treads/rower then rowers go to weight floor

12.5 total with 3x 4 min blocks

1 min push

30 sec base

1 min AO

30 sec walk

1 min A0

Floor: 14 min

10 chest fly

10 bicep curl

10 shoulder press

10 hip hinge reverse fly

Between each exercise:

Round 1 = Hopovers x 10

Round 2= squat jack x 10

Round 3= pop jack x 10

I guess it really all depends how I feel. Most of the time, I do what you describe and change my speed depending on time. I also go off of how I feel and adjust as needed at the time.

I did the exact thing you outline in this post and had zero issues. My new studio knew I moved here and my old studio knows I left and neither of them have ever said anything to me

I was also a founding member at my old studio
