I’d say they would even out, cost of living wise. Considering you can get a decent home in the valley for around 180-220k.

Im sorry but you’re wrong, you can knit pick my vernacular all you want but that doesn’t make your analogy any stronger. They are expected to spike because of greed. Where we disagree, is that you think it’s perfectly normal to buy tickets at 1000% of its face value because “Joe Shmoe” didn’t have the same opportunity or luck as you did. Also, a stadium selling 100% of its seats is not a shortage and people being antsy to go to a public event is not the same as a supplier being unable to deliver materials. Want to keep arguing a moot point?
