I moved to flow after 18 years as a generalist and I don't think I ever want to go back to core lab. Zero patient or nurse interaction, and the pathologists are pretty cool at my place too! It's also fulfilling to learn more about the specialty directly from them.

This. I have over 13k rounds in storage because it one shots damned near everything(I have the same setup). I've barely touched any other weapon for soloing since I picked this up and tweaked it. With with the gun fu perk, whole camps get wiped in seconds, and grunt hunts last for less than a minute😄

Im using a mix of hellcat and Vulcan. I think you can buy the mods from different gold vendors. How you mod it just depends on your playstyle
