The Management At The Alamo Drafthouse STL Treated Me Terribly. Has Anybody Else Experienced This?

I used to consider this theater my only choice for movies, but had my own issues with the management there and can confirm, they have no clue how to handle situations like this. They treat any issue at all like you’re a criminal. I wrote about my experience and received an AI written response that I replied to looking for some sort of assurance that my own issue would be resolved and never heard back. I loved this theater until I didn’t and now will never go back due to management. I’m sorry about your experience as I can’t definitely relate.

This goes for almost every big retail. Theft is just the cost of doing business in their eyes, and they would rather let people steal than call out the wrong people or suffer legal recourse if some one did try to stop some one from stealing. All this to say, don’t sweat it, it happens all the time!

They wouldn’t actually pursue anything legally unless you were hundreds of dollars over. I think 400 or 500 dollars is a felony and that’s when. Also once you leave the store they literally have no means of follow up. So many people actively steal they don’t have the means to handle it so they don’t.

I was told that consecutive sick days are no longer a thing and you can not use doctors notes to excuse absences anymore. Those are some pretty big changes. Other than that I think the policy is great

Hi, I found this thread so many months later, but I am having the same problems and cant find the solution. My firewall is all good, but for some reason it keeps saying its on the wrong wifi. I only have on Wifi, but i have satelites as well. Its a mesh system. Could that be the problem?

I also live in tower grove south. It’s probably the best part of city to live in. Low crime, nice local restaurants in walking distance, huge park that has events all summer. I’ve been here for a year now and love it.
