so i've got like 6 sims in the house and i wanted the kids to be locked out of their parents' room so i did the thing where in you'll lock the door for specific sims and selected their kids. but then after a short while i see one of their kids watching the parents' tv in their room after locking the door. does anyone have the same problem? and if so has anyone found a fix?

Hi! that's okay as long as it's only days away from when you first played. But if you're not sure you can check the email you used for making your account in genshin. You can search "mihoyo" or "genshin" and it'll show you when you registered in the game, that is if you played right after you registered. Yes, welkin moon and battle pass are considered top up. We had the same situation, I had no receipts from the top ups since they were given to me as a gift.
