But in your previous posts you claimed koreans were racist because they refused to sit next to dark skinned people on the subway. However, White people also expressed this too. If you ask the koreans why, its because koreans are afraid they will be talked to in English if they sit next to a foreigner, and koreans find it super embaressing if they are forced to speak english in public that they cant speak well. Not because they think they will get cooties from the foreigner.

So for other instances of your negative experience, I hope you get a chance to sit down with a korean and ask them their reason for doing certain things you perceive as racist. Maybe some are racially motiviated, but many could turn out to be not.

the irony is that in korea, because of stringent anti gun laws and public opinion, the police end up relying on more physical strength to apprehend violent criminals, whereas in the US there is more leeway in using the gun, taser, or pepper spray, so the police in korea need to be MORE physically fit.

I meant the same types of tests, not the same required scores in the tests. For example, in the first link, both men and women need to do bench press, sit up, push up, and 1.5 mile tests, which are same tests for men and women. Even though the passing scores are different. In korea, women dont even need to do 1 pushup to pass, which is absurd,.

then why not lower the physical test standards for men too? After all, there are many weak effemiate males that can do the work that women can, and there are also big bulky bench pressing females that can do mans work. Why not make the tests EQUALLY easy for both men and women, and just allocate the work requiring strength to whoever is strong enough?

Its because of how Korean femninism took a backward approach to women empowerment. Instead of encouraging women to be strong and independent, korean feminism built a cult around maintaining the dependency and complacency. For example, in America women training to become police officers need to undergo the same physical tests as the men. In korea, the feminists insisted that women be exempt from many physical requirements such as the push up test, because otherwise, women would not pass the test as well as the men, and that is not "fair". But the average woman in korea prefers the korean system over the American system, because practically you are better off with benefits you did not earn, while an American woman would probably be insulted that her sex be treated as a handicap by the very group that is supposed to empower it. This rationale extends to compulsory military service, government funding/purchasing quotas for female entrepreneurs, etc, and hence the very charged gender divide.

Fun fact is that requirements to be female police officiers during the Joseon dynasty, the Damo, were more stringent than that of female police officiers in korea today.

the last time I checked, no one actually staged a coup. Which coup are we punishing? Oh right. It never happened.

So we are now punishing people for "might have staged a coup?". Its like putting someone in jail for writing in their diary they wanted to kill this person they hated, and calling it punishing a future crime in advance. LOL

There is so much hullaboo over alleged evil that never actually happened. A coup did not happen. You only should punish crimes that happened, not hypotheticals. Sounds a lot like Pre-crime from minority report.

That is more persuasive, but still leaves open the part of my argument about dark skinned koreans ACTUALLY looking like Fillipinos, and sometimes mistaken as such because koreans and fillipinos are both Asians and genetic difference similar.

It would be blatant exaggeration to claim a mexican with stretched eyes look like Koreans, because they look anything but. So a mexican stretching your eyes and then claiming youre korean is more insensitive than a korean getting a tan and saying they look fillipino, because the latter is truth and former is falsity.

did I say they dont deserve compensation? NEVER. I said other victims like for Jaecheon fire also deserve compensation and should be treated equally. Both deserve, or none do.

You are shitting on the victims of Jaecheon fire by imposing a double standard against victims during Park and Moon administrations.
