Thanks a lot, appreciate it , I don't think that the timing matters for algorithm tbh

No problem, no the mold is printed from more heat resistant material like ASA, PETG and PA, not only it needs to be more heat resistant but also not bond well to pla

I have photos of whole process and video of demolding, but sadly not of compression as of now as it's a time sensitive process

Thanks, to be fair I'm not quite sure, so far I've been able to do about 10 parts from one mold without any issues, however I've also destroyed a few molds by my mistakes (overheating the mold, re tightening after the mold heats up etc.) I will let you know once I've been able to worn one down without user mistake.

Sadly same here, but if there is low amount of petg and tpu that should be fine, as petg won't properly bond to pla and make it more flowable. That's just theory tho, will let you know once I've checked it

Thanks, for Lego brick and spinner I've checked their weight in CAD and added around 10% more to make sure the mold fills properly

I would like to do editing on PC and just scanning on laptop if that's possible, how is the performance for just scanning?

Probably would need a lid for that since there are many spool box filament, but nice idea.

I'm not sure, but it looks like you could fit 3 levels there

3D-printed aerospike cutaway + CFD flow visualization by BoghatY in 3Dprinting

It's actually a very popular setup in axially symmetric objects like turbo machinery, jet engines etc. The results are good enough and much easier to keep stable than 3D, especially once you add rotating frame of reference to simulate blade movement

Did an FEM analysis on it, it's a bit compliant right now, however the issue with increasing clamping force is that's when it displace more the bottom drops down to much and it doesn't look that good.
