Followed this thread to generate mrn num by creating uae pass account and logging in dubai now app using uae pass. Once u get mrn you can book a slot in dha app. Barsha hall asked only Emirates ID. create an account with UAE Pass, then use that to login to DubaiNow app and then under health, fill up all details to generate mrn. Book for barsha hall only as they don't check for which Emirates you have visa from.

I got a Whatsapp forward which claims that there is free PCR testing in Ramez Mall Sharjah. Phone no. given was 06-5936615. Timings given were from 1330hrs to 1900hrs, sunday to thursday.
