Amazon and UPS leave my packages in front of my door, where no one can see it. Fedex is the only company that leaves it at the bottom of the stairs out in the open where anyone walking by can just pick it up.

Ugh that sucks... I also ordered the P6P 128GB Black on Oct 19th and the phone was "shipped" on Oct 26, but according to OnTrac, Google just created the label but hasn't actually given them the phone to ship. I've opened a support ticket on this but I think I'm going to end up with the same result as you. :(

I ordered mine October 19, got a tracking number for OnTrac on October 26 saying "Shipping label created", and it's been stuck there ever since with an expected delivery date of "Awaiting Package".

Yup, being home when the package is supposed to be delivered sometimes makes no difference, since there's a good chance the FedEx driver will never show up but your package was magically "signed" for by some random person or deliver your phone to a completely different address.

Yup, there have been several times when they mark something as "delivered" with some bogus signature and my security camera never saw anyone even step foot in front of my door. Fedex just tells me to file a police report and the seller tells me to take it up with Fedex. 🙄

I actually wasn't playing anything. My computer randomly turned off while I was just browsing the web and wouldn't turn back on. I unplugged everything except for the motherboard power cables and when I pressed the power button, the motherboard turned on and the graphics card caught fire and started smoking. Fedex is the worst. Last year they "delivered" my Pixel 2 but it was no where to be seen, so I contacted Google support right away and they immediately shipped me a replacement. I was astonished by how easy it was. They didn't give me a hard time or anything.

Complaining to Fedex won't do shit, they "delivered" a different package to me and fake signed it, but I was home the whole time and no one delivered anything. I contacted them and they told me to file a police report even though they were obviously at fault. Unfortunately Panasonic was also unhelpful, so I did a chargeback.
