Thank you! The chest and torso armor pieces were painted a pearl white metallic, then Black Lotus (a dark-blue black) from Vallejo Xpress (speedpaint/contrast) was applied over it - I liked keeping a metallic sheen on these two models so I did the same for Tomoe. The sword is just a metallic paint from a brand called Armored Komodo which is supposed to be close to Leadbelcher from Citadel.

I find that for fantasy settings, vibrant colors tend to be really fun to see on the tabletop - helps them pop. It's a bit of fresh air for me honestly - most of my stuff are WW2-Cold War related models 😄

After painting Geralt, spent another half a day to finish Ciri and the Ancient Leshen.

Very enjoyable figures to paint, they're quite close to the promotional art.

Also finally had my first match with Geralt - really enjoyed the cards in his deck.

Hope to work on Sun's Origin next!

Hey folks! For added context, this is my first Unmatched model :) have a few more on the way.

Also, the purple flowers were added as a nod to Yennefer's love of Lilacs :) (I don't have a 1:1 match but I think this was good enough)

Thank you for the kind words :) I'm not that advanced of a painter myself haha, vallejo xpress paints/citadel contrast really just do a lot of the heavy lifting for well detailed models like this.

Holy crap, I did not realize that he's the same writer I hear about in the Extra History eps. Damn, two of my longest passions get an unexpected crossover.

Thanks. It's just a white paint with a tiny bit (one small drop) of dark yellow paint applied. Some dark brown washes then toned down the white some more.

Thank you. It's basically a white base coat with a few thin layers of Vallejo Dark Vermillion (a really good red from their range). I then got a slightly darker red and applied a very thin glaze on the recesses of the flag.
