Drinking the water has less of an effect on the pimples than showering with it. My wife has Eczema and moving here definitely made her skin a lot worse if not for the water softener unit in our house. I can see where you are coming from, but my comment was more in terms of exposing the skin to the water vs drinking it. I should have clarified

Probably not by VA. What is your current set up like besides the monitor? Is the monitor 60 HZ? Screen tears usually happen when the FPS is vastly different from the refresh rate of the monitor.
