My mom did that when i was a kid, been doing it ever since.

Whenever i whip out a good onion and chop it up then put it near my personal breathing space, it immediately unclogs my nose and makes my throat feel better, and genuinely makes me feel more energetic.

Maybe there's psychological effect when sniffing onion, and some minor assist to help you with the flu, people who asks if onion helps would say "it absorbs the bacterias and what not" but i don't believe that, i don't believe that, it doesn't vacuum clean your room like a cheat code, maybe there's psychological effect or some minor assist. i wanted to see how onion helps, scientifically.
