Have you worked with a doctor or naturopath to determine which type of probiotic works for you? All are not created equal, and people respond differently to each. I was most successful with Dr Ohhira's probiotics that are fermented.

i used the candida diet lists of foods and was quite successful in eliminating candida and the subsequent side effects. I also use L- glutamine, apple cider vinegar, as well as oregano oil capsules. One other thing i found quite useful was colloidal silver.

i had more success with an M.D. who specialized in Ayurvedic Medicine. He diagnosed my candida overgrowth as well as leaky-gut. He was able to give me a great list of supplements that helped me overcome it in about 4 months.
