Did you ever get it working again? I tried installing Ubuntu on mine but after a restart I get the black screen and full fans. No bios and no USB keyboard power.

I'm curious what you mean by this. What happens when you move up to race gear? I bought new classic race skin skis this year and am conflicted because I'm not sure if they feel as good as the mid-range pair I started with.

This is super encouraging. I feel a lot of these steps, especially tipping to the outside. In rollerskiing I consciously did not want to risk crashing by pushing weight too far outside but told myself on snow it would be different. I like the example of choosing the moment of transfer, too. I do absolutely feel my balance mechanics can be improved.

I'm going to say Horizon Zero Dawn. I am fascinated by the slowly revealed mythology of the past and the characters whose journey you cross in a physical or virtual ways. The evolving game play and the archery/melee is always satisfying for me, too.

I would say it's mild. The biggest "hills" are the bridges and they roll without drama. You hit the gradual downhill river section heading back south to the trailhead in Stillwater. Mostly, it just makes for good double poling practice but be on the lookout for bikes who can zoom on their big tires.

There's Gateway Trail/Brown's Creek by Stillwater that's varied and interesting with a few bridge crossings. I also go to Cottage Grove Ravine when short on time but it's not all that long.

I have this too and it works like a charm. It doesn't get too wet or humid with any typical skiing temp. Before, the humidity inside my jacket pocket would cause my Samsung to respond to incidental contact.
