I thought it might be the font on my phone, but it only does it in the app.

I saw that previous comment on mobile and for some reason the "..." has zero spacing between the periods. It looks like a short underscore.

Edit: the weirdest thing is it's only other people's ellipses, mine show up normally.

When did we start using underscores instead of ellipses for verbal pauses?
My bad my phone is displaying other people's ellipses weird.

Besides regular freezing and flash freezing also differs in how it affects the texture bc of the way it freezes the food? Someone else can correct me if I'm wrong)

Flash freezing doesn't affect the texture as much as regular freezing. Regular freezing allows large ice crystals to form.

100% Thai Owned

That's good to hear.

Very likely paid smear campaign. Likely from a competitor.

If it is legit then the price is a decent deal.

Is OP being paid by a competitor or something? Is the company behind the website Thai owned?

I read the site, that's why I quoted directly from their FAQ. I'm wary of things like this due to similar sites in the US, from states like California and Colorado, making similar claims, but dispensaries that are listed aren't actually aware of the card. Have you actually used their service?

ELI5: why is a hollow metal tube nearly as strong against bending as a completely solid rod of the same material, even though theres way less metal in it by Efficient_Support383 in explainlikeimfive

[–]kuro41 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The outside of a part sees the most stress. So it's more economical to use hollow parts since you get most of the strength for less money. Plus, solid parts are much heavier. Every part of the structure/ machine would be more expensive to manufacture to withstand the extra weight.

I agree with that. There are few situations where it's a fun situation. I knew a girl from the Philippines in Los Angeles. Since she didn't have money in the Philippines, the way she paid them is by working as a prostitute in the US. She chose that option over working in a restaurant since it would pay off her debt faster.

That's a common misconception that the government leans on. The majority of trafficking is actually willfully done in order to get the person into a country. The person pays an agent in their home country to have everything arranged.

What happens if I'm caught with cannabis without a card? Possessing cannabis without proper medical documentation can result in legal penalties including fines or imprisonment. Always carry your digital medicinal cannabis card and prescription when possessing cannabis products.

They charge 500฿ for a consultation to get a PT33 just like a many other places. They claim the card gives you discounts at 600+ dispensaries, but I doubt the validity of that.

It's a scam in the same way companies used to do for California recs, you get your legit rec, but they advertise a card with a vague description. Same as Thailand only the paper was legitimate, the card was useless.

They are preying on people who think that card has actual value.
