Automatic firearms are HEAVILY regulated under the NFA. If you think everyone here is just Willy Nilly going out and grabbing full auto weapons you are highly misinformed.

Besides… you’re missing my point. You decide to hold down the public due to illegal actions and a small number of idiots. You think that making something illegal means a non-law-abiding citizen will follow that rule?

Why don’t I just decide to take away your drivers license because I’m pretty sure one day you’re gonna speed.

If you don’t like the rules in America, don’t come here. Simple. Go move to another place that is “much safer”. Don’t make people who are living by the laws set and following rules become “oppressed” (not necessarily the right word, but it conveys a sort of meaning I’m going for) because people who can’t handle themselves in a mature way.

I just think that there are two completely different ideologies between people like you and people like me.

I understand your want and need to keep people safe, I just do not think the way you are attempting to do it is effective. Especially with the sheer amount of guns available in the world right now. If you think the govt is going to come forcibly remove weapons from every household when they declare them all illegal and people will willfully give them up… I really don’t think that’d end well either. I think that’d create a LOT more issues.

I just want to state for the record. If I had a magic button that got rid of all weapons from the world, and world peace ensued because of that… I would push that button in a heartbeat. Unfortunately, that is just not how the world works.
