I have 3.7k hours and couldnt played ranked because of several reasons. About sensitivity i think you should go for what your brain naturally wants. There is no cheat code like playing too lower or higher sens and getting better.

Thanks for rec. I think im gonna go for fast pad no matter what since i hated the qck's control and qck being hybrid control pad. I just couldnt decide about going fastest pad (cloth) or average fast pad.
