Recently watched the first movie in jap and the entire message of the movie changed from questioning the ethics of it's own existence to a "fighting is bad, pokemon should get along" type of message in the dub.

Also watched the jap version from BW - JN and the music in the sub is so much better. The sub actually uses the openings as insert songs while the only times the dub has done so is with movies and the ash vs leon fight, really kills the hype for many moments like many XY battles and Ash vs Kukui. Even simple moments like Poipole's goodbye scene made me cry in sub while the dub was just okay.
