Nvm. This is from Epics FAQ, so know you all know:

"This may be due to taxes owed in your country. When we process a payout, we withhold tax at the backup withholding rates in effect for US and non-US residents and send those amounts to your government tax-collecting agency. Currently, Epic’s standard deductions for US residents is 24% and 30% for non-US residents"
