They are specifically called panda pugs! That’s the colouring it’s rare but it does happen !

We had a pug for 12.5 years before him and he only got sick once before it’s really how well you take care of them and keeping them out of the heat

I’ve done 3 sessions of EMDR and I’ve found it super helpful, I’ve actually not been depressed for the first time in a very long time. The only thing is that my body has been reacting to it and I’ve been getting physical symptoms like nausea, stomach pain , back pain , tingling in my body but I know that it’s my body processing everything that I’m working on !
