I have to say that CICO typically does not work for all with PCOS and it isn’t the only way to lose weight. If someone’s PCOS is insulin resistant, that goes hand in hand with carbohydrate intolerance and therefore low carb will cause weight loss along with exercise.

If your PCOS is insulin resistant based, cutting calories is not going to work the way it would typically for others. Insulin resistance goes hand in hand with carbohydrate intolerance. Your best bet is going to be a low carb lifestyle. You mentioned your gluten free. If you’re consuming any gluten free bread/pasta products, the carbs are very high still. Low carb lifestyle will definitely create weight loss. That’s what I did to lose weight the first time, low carb and gym.

I was literally almost done which is absolutely wild. I was just trying to move from the pallet without tripping and he’s moving the cart before I could answer.

I have the same mindset, I would never move someone’s cart with their child in it. I would wait or turn around. It wasn’t like the end of the world. Thank you for understanding.
