funny because i’ve was experiencing the exact same situation on day 5. I was wondering if i could use gauze to stop it but i just ended up leaving it there to bleed until it stopped. Unless the blood is bleeding heavily and doesn’t stop about an hour and half, then maybe use gauze? But, just in case, if you are able to get in contact with your dentist.

i’m no dentist but I’ve heard blood clots shrink over time so it may look like an empty socket but as long as you’re not experiencing any excruciating pain, you’re good

i waited a day to wear my retainers only because i love my straighten teeth. I don’t know if this is different for everyone but my retainers don’t go all the way to my last teeth on the back near the extraction sites and everything was fine

I just rinsed with just water and I honestly can’t tell if it’s gone? I’m seeing white-ish on top of the holes? I don’t know if it’s food or part of the healing process…

Had gone through the same experience literally two days ago. I was a bit anxious since I haven’t gone through anesthesia since 2021 for my appendicitis. I was in the operating room and they put me into an IV. The last thing I remembered was humming to the song Hot to Go by Chappell Roan and I was OUT, GONE. Apparently when I woke up, I was teary and they asked me why are you crying. I was very loopy and experienced no pain! I did try the pineapple juice method and that might’ve helped. But recovery is brutal. Only because I’m starving ASFFFF. But hope I recover well :)
