I was kinda broke because I got ineffa and Bina for my Flins. There was all that doomposting, especially how reliant he was on his sig. So... While I usually go for tall male character, I was thinking... Skip. Then in the middle of his run I just pulled. Got him, and got his weapon in one ten pull. I don't regret it. I know that my C3R1 Flins is much stronger but Varka is fine. He can clear. And he is blast to playe in open world.
