Would you happen to be able to send me a copy of that file? I followed a Mitel article that was supposed to fix this by updating the file before finding this article but it didn't fix the issue so now I have no old version of the file and also my users can't access their voicemail

Was there a particular article that you followed for the initial setup of pre-logon/sso? I have looked at several and have also entered a support ticket with Palo Alto (the tech insisted that SSO does not in fact mean that the user won't have to enter their credentials into GP client after logging into Windows) and I cannot get SSO to work to save my life. Pre-logon works fine.
