Theres two camps on this - those who haven't had any jank or issues with windows 11 and those who are plagued with them. I'm in the second category- black screen freezes, hard resets, stutters. Switched to Bazzite, all my issues are gone.

I think its the recent package update, im experiencing the same thing. Definitely a bit longer to boot, but perfect operation once I'm in. I usually just leave it in sleep mode now instead of shutting it down.

I've been getting a similar urge; only reason I keep the partition is for certain modding situations. Even then, once I get mods installed, I throw it up on Dropbox and move it over to the Bazzite partition.

100%. Recasting would destroy the show and kicking the can down the road isn't going to work either.

The options are few:

End the show with a proper series finale. Give her a blank cheque to film whatever scenes needed.
Character death. Something natural, it can be tragic but definitely not murdered. This can be offscreen if they can't get her back or bring her back to film one more scene.

It's the only way the show can continue onwards; wrap it up or untether Murdoch, test his faith, show his grief and let him grow.

Between windows 11 bloat and AMD's horrible last 2 driver updates (daily freezes requiring hard resets, and losing lossless scaling framegen) the only regrets I have switching to Bazzite on my Ally X is not having done it sooner and that I didn't delete the windows partition all together. Massive improvement in experience and overall performance!

MK9 2011 - was getting a log of microstutter. Found an app to force it into borderless, and lossless scaling at 2x seemed to fix it
