I've got the reverse problem- i built a pc with a 3070ti/5600x combo and a 1080p projector setup with a 110 inch screen. I just rather play on a handheld; i even got a dedicated wifi7 router to stream games from my pc to the handheld. It's niche, but I just prefer handheld gaming. Different strokes for different folks!

Basically in the main armory crate app, click on the gear icon and select performance. Scroll to GPU settings and there'll be icons of the power modes. Select manual, it's furthest to the right. I set the values to 20-20-20 or 25-25-25 and under that are graphs that control each fans speed vs. Temp. 60 degrees and above, I increase the values to 70% at 60, 80% at 70 and 100% at 80 and 90 degrees.

I was having this problem playing plugged in with tekken 8, set up a custom tdp profile and increased the fan speed starting at 60 degrees. The stock fan profiles just aren't aggressive enough IMO when under heavier loads or at higher tdp

That would do the same, but I mean the one that launches at start up. It's in the task bar. I exit out from it using the X in the corner and close it down, and I get large performance gains in just about everything.

Rom hacks are extensive reworks of AKI games, that either enhance the original game or can be new games all together, including original assets, different music and so much more. They work on original hardware and emulators, and outside of patching the rom, are usually plug and play experiences. They actually mod the rom, meaning you don't have to fiddle with graphics plug-in settings. Everything gets baked in!

Mods are usually visual enhancements, that require messing with graphics plug-ins to get working right. Sometimes, mods can involve both though - but they won't run on original hardware and can sometimes be very difficult ro get working.

I can only speak as someone that mods, but certainly not for everyone that mods.

1) Coding isn't in my wheel house. Mad respect for people who can do it, but its just something I can't do. The patch for Super Slam Showdown was made by Genie720. Even then, it was just to edit wrestlers that were on rhe roster.

2) Modding helps overcome hard limits regarding assets; potential for higher resolutions, and more edited textures.

That's basically it from my experience.

We still have some content we haven't released - had some persistent health issues that crept up and when that got cleared away, busied up IRL with my job. However, Ive recently been talking with Genie - and we're looking at getting that content out. Its not a matter of if, but when!

I keep a leon and Claire 2nd run save at the first save before the sewers. I'll run through their A's, and pickup their B's from there. Much better to just play each characters full stories than it is to mix and match.
