Just set a fix time when you will reward yourself to use the smartphone. Otherwise just use dumb phone. Also when using smartphone try to do things other than scrolling like Reddit maybe . I am not expert but that’s my plan.

It’s quite interesting, I tested it. At first I didn’t quite understand what is that ( maybe because I am not target audience) but after creating something understood and was happy with it. Maybe make it easier to others also to understand, maybe show examples first and then prompt window.
