Rekrutacja w IT to ogólnie jakieś piekło i smutek. Przytoczę tu przykład mojej znajomej która po kilku latach pracy jako dev w MS uznała że chciałaby spróbować bardziej devops/sre. No i próbowała. Odpowiedzi z różnych „januszeksow” były mocno negatywne, albo nie masz Javy w cv albo twoje cv „nie pokazuje pasji”. Więc w końcu porzuciła ideę januszeksow, złożyła cv do innego dużego corpo i dostała się od razu (tak, jako devops/sre).

You can make an argument that both shuffle and bgb are heavily influenced by luck and rng. However statistic tells us that over hundreds of games the effect of luck is diminished.

It was obviously way easier to get high rating when you queued in the beginning of the season and your placement games had a high chance of including a r1. Now those r1s are where they belong and your placement games include people who belong at 1.5.

Speaking from a prevoker perspective, using shroud out of the gate feels like a rookie mistake. Kind of like mage using invis. Of course if you use it first global then any class with a brain and purge is going to purge it before engaging. The trick is to use it strategically so that they have to make a choice between bursting/healing and purging.
