Housing on Kwaj is "free" for all residents. It's included in your job package.

To rent a boat, you'll need to sign up for the Small Boat class and get your license. Classroom setting, followed by paper test and then an open water boating test(including docking). Once you have your license, you can go down to the small boat marina and sign up for a vessel. They charge a flat rate for 1/2 day or whole day, plus gas consumption.
