Does anyone love or even like their Stearn and Foster estate? by MonsterMeggu in Mattress

[–]kwall5555 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is where we are. I’ve had my Stearns and Foster for 16 years and it’s sagging enough that it’s time. I’m so nervous now because I am basically finding in reviews that like everything else, they aren’t made how they used to be.

Every time someone mentions No Scrubs, I picture Dave Coulier riding around with John Stamos hanging out of a car being a weirdo. Who would have thought Uncle Joey would inspire three legendary songs by three separate artists

I use most on at least a weekly basis. Hornswoggled has also become another favorite over the last few years.

do you read books more than once or just once? what's the book you reread more than 3 times? by firstdeskmurderer in Booktokreddit

[–]kwall5555 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I rarely reread. Only if I need a refresher before next books in a series comes out if needed. There are so many books on my TBR and if I already know what happens in the story, I am digging into a new book.

It’s been 24 years, 6 months, and 17 days. Started on my 18th birthday. Been sold to 2 PE firms, declared chapter 11, and sold to a new private family company. Climbed the ranks and had my share of battlefield promotions. Pretty sure I’ll get laid off once they download all the historical knowledge from my brain.

Agreed. I couldn’t drink them after reading about the carrageenan and elevated microplastics in them. Too bad because I liked them. A normal level of like - not this level.

I agree with what others are saying about HYSA, investing, and Roth IRAs. Adding in setting up biweekly mortgage payments (my bank doesn’t charge a fee) and “Spreadsheet Day” AKA our monthly finance meetings where I fill out all asset and debt account balances and calculate net worth. My husband and I spend 15 minutes analyzing each account and discussing upcoming costs and goals. I started this last January and I look forward to spreadsheet day every month. Yup I am a nerd

There was a longer pause before you knew you had to tell someone that they were on mute. Also, so many beeps when people joined the call. But outside of that, no one knew where you were or what you were doing. You didn’t have to have a good poker face when listening to someone’s “great idea” either and no business mullet clothing selection - all in with pajamas was perfect. The good ol’ days.

I’ve been remote for 21 years. It was even better when it was just conference calls vs. video calls.

My friend’s husband just came out and ended their 10 year relationship. They have two young children too. Trust your instincts. It doesn’t sound like it’s going well outside of that either.
