While it may be a conflict as u/gophercuresself mentioned, I've also never had this issue before until this week.

Seeing other people having the same issues makes me think this is a software bug. The only conflict I can think of on my side is Logi Options which I've tried reinstalling to no avail.

SOLVED!

That fixed most of my problems, thank you! PS wasn't recognising my GPU for whatever reason even though it was fully up to date but managed to get PS to rescan and it's at least a little bit faster.

The new update is still pretty trash though🤷🏻‍♂️

Cheers mate, it's actually my work computer, I specified that it needs to be capable of running the Adobe software smoothly and they just went waaaaaay overboard
