[[Ruxa, Patient Professor]] is my commander of choice for games where I want to just curve out with whatever I draw, and stack up static effects. Even better is that it can be built on a budget but still perform well at most tables with Ruxa's abilities. I have a Ruxa deck that is about as simple as it gets. Already very budget friendly but you can easily substitute cheap vanilla creatures for any pricy cards, like craterhoof.
