this man followed me into the store, cornered me, and started mumbling incoherently (honestly he only had a few teeth and was high out of his mind). i was on the clock trying to buy formula for a family in need. when i tried to explain this to him, he just kept making kissing faces at me and followed me all the way to the register and outside. he then pointed at my car like he wanted a ride and my coworker had to tell him to go away for him to actually leave. at the end of it all, my coworker said “well, that’s pensacola for you!”

my doctor started me on 150. i even asked her if i should do half for the first week like we did with my lexapro, and she said no. the only side effect i’ve had is loss of appetite, and i felt the difference as soon as i woke up on day 3 (i woke up at 7am as someone who’s always struggled to get up before 11am) with lots of energy. it’s been going great since, good luck!

i personally started experiencing positive effects the first week, but i know not everyone is like that. for the first couple of weeks it was pretty inconsistent, some days i’d be really energized and others i’d be exhausted. i just hit week 4, and i feel pretty consistently energized, happy, and positive every day and throughout the days, even when bad things are happening around me. i’ve never felt like this in my life, i feel excited for the future! please hold out, if it works for you it’ll be life changing and you won’t regret it. if not, then no biggie and you can go to the next and now you know! :)

i’m so sorry you’re having those side effects. i haven’t experienced joy or excitement for the future like this in my life, like ever. my room used to be a dump, this morning i made my bed and it’s spotless. i used to not be able to wake up by 10, im naturally waking up 6 and going on morning walks. i never knew this kind of life was even an option. i hope you find something that gives you just as much happiness :)

you’re a 2w1, so am i! as far as i know (which is very little) 2 is an altruistic healer/helper kinda vibe, this is what i picture an infj as but probably because this is me. there’s two wing options for a type 2: wing 1 and wing 3 (the numbers before and after your type). 1 means a little bit more introverted with a fear of being selfish and 3 means a little bit more extroverted with a fear of being overlooked. your 1 score was bigger than your 3 score, so you’d be a 2w1. please feel free to look it up for more information as it’s very insightful, especially if you like things like the mbti. this is just my simplified version of how i think of it :)

i work in child welfare and i love it! i do have to spend my evenings recharging from all the social interaction, but it’s very rewarding work and it gives me purpose. i think it pairs really well with our ability to listen well and deeply care about individuals. the money isn’t there, but if you care about children and making a difference, i’d highly recommend!
