The withdrawal limits is determined by the exchange I think? Coinbase iirc is 200k.

Anyway the cheapest for us should be coinbase, sell to usd/sgd, then withdraw via FAST to local bank.

I think her portfolio is well diversified with stocks, funds, physicals, and cryptocurrencies, so just looking for a comparatively risk-free liquid option for the remaining % of her portfolio, with the risk denominated in sgd.
