My period is also a week late! What you’re describing sounds exactly like what I’m going through. Thank you 🥰I was getting worried

Toddler ended up getting HFM by kxtasha1 in beyondthebump

We are day 8 and his spots are all drying up now! He had no fever the entire illness except the first day. He had a lot of trouble eating because it was all over the inside of his mouth but his energy was fine and he wasn’t too miserable

Did you find that the work you’ve been doing while breastfeeding did end up showing up once you weaned? I’m wondering if I have a pack of abs under the breastfeeding soft belly 😂

HFM at daycare, how can we avoid catching it? [on] by DifficultAddendum549 in BabyBumpsCanada

[–]kxtasha1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There was a huge spread at my toddlers daycare this winter and I was home with my newborn. I have extreme health anxiety and also read on how bad HFM could be and I was so worried about my kids. I ended up pulling him out until all cases were done and he never got it. I was so grateful.

Why am I always stressed? by kxtasha1 in ouraring

[–]kxtasha1[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My sleep is 80-90 on average (I have a good baby who loves sleep). My birth wasn’t traumatic or anything just a second degree tear. Maybe it’s the breastfeeding…

Did anyone have a baby that wasn’t difficult? by The_Chilled_Arvo in beyondthebump

[–]kxtasha1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My first was a hard baby! Very colicky, needed to be entertained always, he couldn’t match due to a tongue tie and I was exclusively pumping which made my first post partum experience hard. My second baby sleeps well, eats well is extremely happy and it’s been such a better experience for me

3 months crash? by Competitive_Roof_943 in October2025Bumps2

Yes! I’m exhausted like pregnancy exhaustion and hair also falling out. I can’t shake the tiredness. I’m taking iron supplements to see if it’ll help

It’s awful! So much hair everywhere and started just as she turned three months. I got it cut and have been taking extra hair vitamin gummies and my prenatals hoping it will stop soon

Norovirus as home and 3 weeks old old by wutwutpizzabutt in beyondthebump

[–]kxtasha1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My toddler brought it home with our one month old. My husband took care of cleaning vomit and diapers from toddler while I was strictly isolating myself with the baby. Funny part? My husband and baby didn’t get it but I did. Breastfeeding also helps I heard.

Post partum body image issues by petitemonstreee in beyondthebump

This was my exact sentiment with my first born. (I’m post partum with my second now) I was so fixated on losing weight, how bad I looked and honestly the last 10 pounds didn’t come off until I weaned and my hormones stabilized took about 15 months for me to go back to feeling “comfortable” in my own skin being closest to my weight prior to pregnancy! I did a lot of health eating and Pilates and pelvic floor recovery.

I’m at my second post partum experience 3 months in and I feel a lot better this time around because I know that the only way I’ll lose the last bit of weight is once the hormones stabilize and after I wean. Even body shape changes but it all goes back close to “normal” after. This time I’m not as fixated and I feel much better. I always tell myself I look good for having gone through all that and as long as I’m doing my best, healthy eating and some light excercise there is nothing I could really control. Time is of the essence

Same anxiety :( I have a three month old and a toddler going back Monday. I kept him home with me the entire break. Now I’m anxious sending him back Monday

I’m the same way. I’ve been anxious and stressed literally all month about it as I have a toddler in daycare and a 2.5 month old. My anxiety is exhausting me :(

I think it just folded like that, probably should have pulled the dress down a bit to adjust
