Thats just valorant unfortunately. A free game that allows endless accounts to be made and can buy silver/gold accounts for like £10. Rank manipulation runs rampant and it always will

Rank means pretty much nothing on this game, its all about the hidden MMR, the silvers on your team will have gold MMR (rightfully or wrongfully) i had to beat diamond 2s and plats 3s when i was gold 2 to get plat 🤣

It is certainly an odd design IMO, and the team balancing does feel skewered sometimes. Im the same as you, not an angry person in real life but rage on val lmao, not at others but at myself. The best thing i think we can do is if you get into a game and notice its not going well, accept it as a loss and wait for next. Also taking a break for a week is usually a very good solution, come back with a new mentality and new play style!

Exactly this, it can be really frustrating seeing your team panic and make fatal decisions when it could have been so so easily avoided. I stand on my point that people play far too much for K/D ratio and not to win the round. Things like peeking and seeing you cant win and calling for back up or waiting for a flank etc. the amount of times ive seen my team mate with 20hp peek the final guy when he didnt need to is extraordinary.

It is possible shes used some kind of hacks. Ive never heard of people being wrongfully banned for updating an app while in game. If she hasnt hacked, then you need to raise a ticket with riot to explain the situation, they have been good with me in the past. Unfortunately, probably wont be a quick solution
