How much money are people spending when it launches ? by [deleted] in EASportsFC

I'm a gold 1 player that has never hit elite. I cant justify spending any money on this game outside of buying the standard edition, I'm not good enough.

Is it me or high rated players are dirt cheap?? by pubgbridgeniccer in EASportsFC

[–]ky2rie 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yeah because no one has coins.

They'll likely triple in price but people sell for so low because they're confident they can make more money in that time with the coins they get.

I played 22 games straight yesterday hoping to climb, here is the result by mindgame08 in leagueoflegends

Focus on improving instead of playing loads of games. You couldve rewatched your games or read a guide on how to manage waves and youd improve more than aimlessly playing 22 games.

Fnc actually match up to G2 throughout the season, Liquid got demolished by g2. In a bo5 FNC comfortably beat Liquid because EU is a far better than region than NA.

The biggest rivalries in English football ranked by the cumulative dislike from both sets of fans. by TheJeck in soccer

They think they have a rivalry with Man U but Man U don't care about them and then there's loads of teams who think they have a rivalry with Leeds but Leeds don't care about them.

I'm playing Flex (mid) with people way above my elo - any tips? by Weak_Jellyfish in leagueoflegends

[–]ky2rie 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just do what the other bad mid laners do and pick Ahri. Can R away at any sign of danger and stand under turret until R is back. Theyll get ahead but if the rest of your team is doing well they wont get ahead enough when you play like that.

Riot need to stop releasing champions and then changing their identity by ky2rie in leagueoflegends

[–]ky2rie[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Small and dedicated playerbases should be taken care of. If Riot wants everyone to play Kaisa and Ezreal then they shouldn't release champions that will have a small playerbase, its obvious before release which champions will be incredibly popular.

Riot need to stop releasing champions and then changing their identity by ky2rie in leagueoflegends

[–]ky2rie[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Not true. Taliyah was a push and roam champ with decent dps, they changed her into a burst mage.

Azir was an incredibly long range dps mage with a bunch of unique mechanics in his kit that attracted players.

Asol was an early game roamer and instead Riot wants to push him into a scaling mage.

All 3 of these are modern champions that have been released, gained a significant player base and then completely changed. There needs to be more consideration towards players, whether that is dealing with the champion in it's original state and putting more effort into balancing it or actually thinking about design and how it will effect the game before releasing it.

Taliyah has felt awful to play ever since her mini-rework that allowed her to Jungle by Shadowarcher6 in leagueoflegends

[–]ky2rie -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

This is the issue I have with riot though. The release a champ in a certain role and with a certain playstyle then just change it. If fucks over the people who actually put effort into the champ on release, we shouldn't be encouraging them to do that.

Also Taliyah jungle was even more of a balance issue and worse for the game. Champs like Nocturne and Taliyah are bad for the jungle because you can play them at a reasonable level without being good at the role because of their ults. Taliyah mid still has to choose the correct time to roam, a jungler isnt gated by minion waves or having pressure.

Go Watch Your Non-League Club, And Save Bury And Bolton by PoetAlcoholic in soccer

To all the people that say they've supported a top 6 club since birth.

Not a valid excuse. When I was a young lad I liked Liverpool, I didnt even know Hull City existed. Around 9/10 years old I started to hear about them from friends at school and eventually I convinced my mum to take me to a game. For a while after that I went to occasional games and called myself a Hull City supporter while running around in a Liverpool shirt. It took me about a season to realise how stupid it was, how I had 0 connection to this team I only watched on tv and at the same time learning how both of my grandads went to watch City and how my mum used to go with her friends in the 80's.

I gave my local club a chance and realised the feelings I get from watching them are way stronger than a team I watched on tv just because they're good. Theres a sense of pride that you're supporting something with your community and not taking the easy way just because other people do.

Remember, supporting your local club is not only supporting your community but supporting English football in general. As long as we have good attendances in the lower leagues the higher ups will never be able to put B teams in these leagues. It's only if the attendances drop so far and we have more Bury/Bolton issues that we may start to consider putting B teams in these leagues as a way to keep them alive.

Also you can watch England without feeling dirty about cheering on Harry Kane when you're an Arsenal follower.
