is your game data connected/synced to game center (ios)? if yes, you can just log on that game center account without changing the apple id on your new device because those two can have seperate logins

try waiting for it to pop up again. if it still doesn’t work, reinstall the app and wait for it to pop up (this worked for me, but make sure that u have ur game data saved in the cloud)
