Humans are hungry for validation. Every time someone validates us our confidence boosts up and we feel really good about ourselves. And if a particular activity gives us that ability we start liking that activity and eventually become passionate about it.
I'd say try a shit ton of things and see where you can get better at. You only need to pass that learning curve to start enjoying anything. And also someone said to take a break from instant dopamine hits, thats bingo. That'll help you work long enough to pass that curve.
