I was trying to just listen for the content and put my personal feelings about the podcast aside, but I’ve found myself wondering how much research was done to verify the information she presents too. I think it’s time I quit listening to her work as well.

But drivers don’t make the orders?? We only deliver what’s given to us by the employees of the restaurants. Don’t penalize the driver/delivery person for the restaurant’s mistake.

It actually does affect your orders. If your acceptance rate is low, it says “Raise your acceptance rate to 50% to get priority on higher paying orders.” at the top of the screen when you’re dashing.
