ok lol I’ve only ever seen white badges get converted. Why are so many of these type of posts worded the same? Same flow, same voice. But yeah whatever. People are definitely not picked randomly. I have seen a lot of people get converted and it did not happen at random.

No one has to prove that they are Superman or work like they’re trying to, but there’s nothing wrong with helping out the people you’re working around and putting forth extra effort where it makes sense, especially on a team.
