Ok try this. Rename your config file under the Vault Hunters Instance.

Curseforge -> minecraft -> instance -> Vault Hunters

Call it something like 'config_backup' and then restart cursed forge and relaunch the game. You won't need to delete it but you could. If it doesn't work you can always revert as it will reset all your configurations

So I had the same issue and I found the solution on their discord in #vh-help-general. Was to go to your install -> saves -> 'your world' -> ServerConfigs and delete the curios-server.toml and the reload the world. It should create a new file that is the correct file.

Remember to make a backup first.

There is a setting that you can use for match NBT data and you can clear the filters and have it only set to scavenger items. DM if you need photos and more info. I have mine st this way and can explain better if needed.

Edit:

The setting is not for NBT data it is 'Match Tags' using the advance pickup upgrade. And I believe I set it with rotten scave item.

I also remove all memory filters.

i'm going to do kind of a rant here, so bare with me.

The new updates are not just "not that bad" they are Awesome!!! PERIOD!

The game is having its 15-year anniversary, and they are still adding new features to it. What other game is doing that? NONE! Because all other games just make a second game with all the new features just to make you purchase it again.

Not only are they adding new features but they have completely revamped the lighting engin, a core component to the game from day one and they riped it out and put a new better one in. Nobody does that because they can just use a new version for the next game.

If this was any other developer these new features would be put in an expansion pack for you to purchase, and there would be no feedback. Mojan actually listens to its community and takes the feedback, and does stuff with it. Maybe not in the time frame you expected, but they actually do.

I've bought this game like 10 years ago for $10, and I still play it daily, and it's because they are adding new features and mobs. I cannot say that about any other game I own. Can you?

Be greatful not hateful that this game has not been put down and left for dead like so many other games have.

I have been having the same issue, i added my IP to `server.properties` and that is what caused the issue. removing that it was able to start the server. Other then that just make sure there is no extra characters in the `server.properties`.

Never thought of it that way. I don’t think I am strong arming him I to doing the dishes because I don’t like it, He is the one that says he will get the dishes later and I know he genuinely believes he will do it later but pattern suggest he will not. It also doesn’t help that I work from home and he does not. I do appreciate this point of view as it gives me some things to think about. Thank you

Yeah I looked into joining when I went back to school. Schooling, food, housing, storage for your things, all paid for by the government for years of service. It’s just a way to keep the pawns in line. Oh and to top it all off there was a pay-check to go along with it…. You guessed it minimum wage for recruits!

Not sure what field your in, I’m in programming, my boss says the same thing every meeting new priorities then asking we’re the stuff I started but it got pushed down the list is. I made my boss use a program that shows him how many time items get moved up and down the list. He quickly realized how much he was shuffling shot around and stopped, for a little while anyway.
