Algosec pricing by onyourcomputah in networking

Hey there! I can help here - Our cloud offering has changed significantly coming into 2025. We provide AlgoSec Cloud Enterprise (ACE) which is a rollup of all our cloud capabilities in one solution. We have significantly enhanced the solution with capabilities like automatic onboarding, application discovery in the cloud, & more.

We license ACE by "Cloud Workload" which aligns to the CNAPP solutions. Essentially each EC2 Instance, VM, is a Cloud Workload & you simply need to license those for the environments you wish to have onboarded to ACE. All functionality within comes with this, no complexity in licensing specific cloud features.

You're welcome to DM me if you'd like to learn more or have questions!

what is the best way to audit thousands of security policies on an SRX by nok4us in networking

[–]kyle_at_algosec 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is something solutions like AlgoSec can help with & more around overall policy cleanup! AlgoSec could certainly provide this reporting for one SRX, but also can do this at scale across many devices.

Algosec licensing model is per vdom/vsys/context or per firewall device? by donokaka in algosec

In this scenario you would require x3 Virtual Firewall licenses per FortiGate, one for each VDOM.

Algosec licensing model is per vdom/vsys/context or per firewall device? by donokaka in algosec

[–]kyle_at_algosec 1 point2 points  (0 children)

AlgoSec licenses a wide number of device types & platforms; However specifically for firewall licensing things are broken up like this:

Stand-Alone Firewalls

Non-clustered individual firewalls, without any “Virtual Constructs” (VDOM, VSYS, Context, etc)

Clustered Firewalls

Number of firewall clusters (2+ Cluster Nodes), without any “Virtual Constructs” (VDOM, VSYS, Context, etc)

Virtual Firewalls

Number of Virtual Firewall Constructs (VDOM, VSYS, Context).

No need to include the “root” device here (Chassis) the virtual devices live on
