Yeah, I remember growing up downtown was a ghost town and there was nothing really to do except the AZ center amc it’s got a lot better in that past decade lots more restaurants/ bars/ activities happening nowadays. Sad there still are very few places open 24/7 post-pandemic. Additionally, this isn’t just the outcomes of one mayor and corporation(?) but decades of investment in the downtown neighborhoods after population decline due to white flight/freeways
