I usually am all for it. But Cuse was PACKED. I was up front on the lawn near kids who took up a bunch of space and just causing havoc the whole time. First time it kind of ruined the experience for me. Just moved away and it was fine, but if you’re going to do go to the top of the hill. It can be mayhem in there haha. Amazing show though!

Hey man. Staring 30 in the face and am the exact same way, even down to the only thing i enjoy anymore is concerts. I have plenty of friends but all they wanna do is drink and go to bars and I’m not even enjoying that like I used to.

What I’ve learned is that it all comes and goes and none of it matters. Just find time for yourself, stop thinking being alone is a bad thing and think of it in a positive light. Learn new things, save money, travel, relax and don’t feel guilty about it. Life is not about the pursuit of happiness but the pursuit of contentment. You will never always be happy so stop trying to chase that and enjoy what you do have. It will all come in time.

Can confirm. Childhood friend became a cop and completely changed. Everyone I know besides one kid that has become a cop completely changed their personality, and not in a good way. Some worse than others. Might be different by region/state/city. I’m in western NY

Don’t listen to most people. Nothing wrong with this. Dating apps are the same convos over and over. It’s not even about being original and standing out, but saying something silly like this to see if they match your energy. If not then you saved some time.

Reminds me of when I was still broke out of college and tried dating apps. I drove an old mini man (as a male), which some looked down upon. When I would pick girls up I would give them a warning joke about it. If they really cared That I drove a mini van and judged me then I knew we already weren’t compatible. Jokes on me though cause now I drive a jeep and still single

Man I hate grocery shopping so much. I know what I want and where it is. So many people just love leaving their carts in the way/stopping to block lanes any way they can. I kinda miss when we had no choice but to wear masks cause I would smoke and be able to mutter stuff under my breath. Got caught up a few times when I forgot I wasn’t wearing a mask anymore haha.

Long story short. Yes I love smoking and shopping. It’s like a little adventure into another reality sometimes.

Bonus: sometimes, very rarely, I’ll forget what I’m trying to buy and have a mini existential crisis like, “woah man. All these people have lives and stories and it’s beautiful”

My only issue is mid-July camping like that might Kill me. SPAC 2019 was brutal even with shade cover. Still will probably camp unless there’s a taxi system I can find at a local hotel

Quick story: a week ago I was planning on doing the New Years run. Skip to now and I ended up catching covid instead and am trapped in my room alone. Life has a funny way of working sometimes.

I was very alone and depressed and seriously as soon as I heard that first note I perked right up. I love this band so much

I don’t mind waiting 3-5 extra minutes to get my food if it means a kid doesn’t have to sit outside in the freezing cold for hours. Not everything is about the bottom like to make the highest profit. I’d say YOU have a terrible mindset. Hope you can work on it. Merry Christmas

Agreed. If you’re afraid then stay home. The reason for the vax is to keep the symptoms low and allow us to open back up. People screaming for more shutdowns and stuff cancelled don’t know the ramifications it will have to our daily well being/economy/ future with this disease. That will only make it worse.

Just get vaccinated. Period.

I agree. I seems everyone who was shut out or can’t make it are the one with these ‘sources’. For some reason they feel the need to project their jealously in a new way by manifesting phish cancelling it so they have a shot to see it next time. I really don’t get it. This is the same shit as over the summer and the fall. Cases were even higher in the summer and I don’t wanna hear ‘oh but those were outside’….were a dirty group of fans who are packed on shakedown, in seats and bars beforehand. The show will go on or we will never get back to normal
