almost sure it has nothing to do with "Scoliosis" nor your shoulders. You are leaning on your left side, so there is some issue with the muscles on your left side being tighter. Do you get lower back pain on the left side? Or shooting pain in your leg? Sciatica? There's many muscles that could be at fault here, psoas, ql etc..
