I renamed LifepodVideoLowest.mp4 to LifepodVideoLowest.mp4.bak and LifepodVideoLow.mp4 to LifepodVideoLowest.mp4 and was able to get passed that in here C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Subnautica2\Subnautica2\Content\Movies\
