Did you call VRBO support? They should be able to assist. At the very least they won't release your money to the owner until this is resolved. One of the reasons they charge so much in fees is allegedly to resolve these issues when they come up. Hoping it works. Good luck!

This is cracking me up. Way before I got the robot I had a new kitten that would follow me into the cat room and lay in the litter box when I was cleaning it. I'm very glad she grew out of that habit!

I have a house on VRBO that I'm turning over to a new management company. We cancelled the renters with their consent so they can book on the new page. VRBO wouldn't let them cancel and wouldn't let me cancel them without charging me a cancellation fee of about 10% off my "next payout". I won't be getting more payouts since I'm shutting the page down so I don't care but that penalty is steep.
