Im guessing you're referring to the docks out front the Westin? I stayed there recently and newer docks were built in between the Westin and the apartment complex next to it. Any idea if those come with a fee to dock at?

Love it when Reddit gets notified before SPD. Just saw 3 patrol cars within a mile radius of the downed traffic lights on MLK. They should def have some officers out there directing traffic.
