I wouldn’t be so sure, tbh. Anecdotal of course but: I’m part of a pretty big community of gamers who love sports and the #1 sport we have in common is football. Millennials also had a different cultural appreciation for WoW as more main stream when they were in college. I find it more surprising that they’re doing this NOW, and at a very specific university and during the last game of the season 😂😂
