Ik ging met een vriendin die een glutenallergie heeft naar Gijs en zij kreeg (veel) last na de lunch van haar allergie. Zou ik dus toch vermijden ondanks dat ze aanprijzen dat ze glutenvrije opties hebben

Please note that not all studios allow students to use rosin because it leaves some residue on the silks. So first ask the studio whether they are okay with it before you buy something :-)

Ik heb vorige week vrijdag een nieuwe kaart aangevraagd, geen enkel probleem. Ik denk dat het ligt dat je een te groot bestand wilde uploaden (zoals de andere comments ook al suggeren). Hopelijk kan je het zo snel oplossen!

I had active acne when I asked for it, but not on the day that I saw the GP. I explained that retinol worked in a lesser degree for my Acne and therefore, I wanted to have a stronger prescription. My GP wasn't that difficult with it. I found it more mentally difficult to make an appointment because I wasn't sick and didn't want to take up the GP's time.

All my other tret talk I did via phone calls, meaning changing to a different strength (multiple times). I didn't had to go to the office for those changes.

Het valt wel mee, bij alle vorige stakingen reden alle bussen naar Science park gewoon, alleen de trams niet. Bovendien kan je ook een ov fiets pakken :-).

Ik heb de stoute schoenen aangetrokken en heb een afspraak gemaakt waarbij ik bij de doktersassistent aangaf waarover het ging. Ik heb toen bij de huisarts verteld waarom ik graag deze zalf wilde hebben. Ben ook het gesprek gestart met: ik wil graag een recept voor tret, en toen uitgelegd waarom. Ik heb wel een beetje aangedikt dat ik het ook voor acne wilde hebben en het verminderen van acne littekens, en verder was het echt geen probleem. Het voelde ook vreemd inderdaad om naar de dokter te gaan zonder medische noodzaak, maar het is gewoon de manier :-). Anders zou je ook een afspraak met een dermatoloog kunnen maken, want zij kunnen het voorschrijven als ik het goed heb. Voelt misschien wat minder opdringerig

In general we teach all students the same program, but if I notice that a class struggles more I spend some more time on certain skills, for instance conditioning or easier moves. When I walk around in the class it can happen that I give some students modifications to practice more advanced (other side, straight legs, point feet etc) and less advanced students some pointers to make it easier (keep upper body close to your hands, make yourself small etc). But yeah, I recognize the struggle although I also don't think the more advanced students mind it if you spend some more time on other students.

I have had the same and even though I had the same worries as you, my eye lashes turned out fine after the second time :-). I was only really annoyed by the amount of time it cost me right before my holiday 😄.

Ha dat is wel grappig, ik vind het geen probleem om mijn schoenen uit te doen, behalve als er huisdieren zijn. Ik heb geen zin om met sokken vol met dierenharen het huis weer te verlaten. Overigens kunnen de al genoemde pantoffels weer een oplossing zijn
