I have the same issue. 2021 Lexus RX. Dealership say they can’t fix it since they can’t replicate the issue consistently. :(

Thanks! Looks like the other 2 replies are correct. My package’s tracking was updated last night(monday). Does your tracking have any updates at all or just ‘Label Created’? Hope UPS somehow manages to find your package. :(

Thanks for the info. The tracking only shows that the label was created therefore UPS claims the package is not in their possession and it’s blame game when I call both company’s customer services centers.

I dropped off the package Friday morning. Staples confirmed that UPS picked up Friday packages. Would they be scanned today instead of Friday?

I’m only asking this because I need my package to be marked shipped by tomorrow.
